2017年升大學大專助學金申請說明 Year 2017 Instructions for Application for Student Subsidy to University/College
1. 馬來西亞菩提禪修慈善基金設立升大學大專助學金，目的是輔助家境清寒的學生繼續求學。 Bodhi Meditation Malaysia Charity Fund has set up a subsidy with the purpose of helping underprivileged students to further their studies.
2. 資助對象需符合以下所有條件 Applicant shall fulfill all criteria below
a) 年齡為18歲到21歲的馬來西亞公民。 Malaysian citizens aged 18 to 21 years old.
b) 家境清寒，品學兼優。 From underprivileged family with good academic performance.
c) 需擁有SPM大馬教育文憑或成績/STPM大馬高級文憑或成績/高中統考文憑或成績。 Must have the certificate or exam result of SPM / STPM / Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)
d) 已經收到國內政府大學或指定的私立大專錄取通知。 Received the Acceptance Letter/Notification from university or college listed in clause 10.
e) 報讀的是大學或大專的全職課程。 Must have registered for full-time courses.
g) 需經過家訪審核或面試審核。 Home visit and/or interview with the applicant will be carried out.
3. 申請方式 The Application Method
請向馬來西亞菩提禪修各禪堂索取《2017年升大學大專助學金申請表格》，填妥並附上所需提供的資料，提交至菩提禪堂的專項負責人。 Those are interested, can collect “Year 2017 Application Form for Student Subsidy to University/College“ from all Bodhi Meditation Centres. Complete the from and submit it together with all your supporting documents to the person in charge of this project at the centre.
4. 申請日期 Applicant Period：
即日起至本年6月30日 With immediate effect till 30th June 2017
