1. 錯估任務的難易度:「其實這個任務很簡單,我明天來做就好了。」
承認吧,拖延的很大原因,是人們傾向把複雜的任務解讀得太簡單,直至拖到最後一刻,才發現這個任務比先前想像得需要更多時間。
2. 想避開不舒服的感覺:「這個任務太難了,不是我能力所及。」
